The GB Clean Power Dashboard brings together live electricity generation data, clean energy news, and capacity pipeline stats to track the UK's progress towards its 2030 clean power targets.
Grid-Aware Web
This site responds to the current carbon intensity of the GB electricity grid. When the grid is running on dirtier power, the site reduces its own footprint — fewer animations, simpler layouts, and lighter assets. This is both a demonstration and a practical application of grid-aware web design.

Technology
Built with 11ty, Web Awesome, and Bun. No frameworks. Deployed to a VPS, rebuilt every 30 minutes for fresh carbon data.
